My parents think im a loner with no social life whatsoever?

So Im 14 and im a guy. I go to a normal school, and i hang out with all my friends during lunch and classes, and i know im not a loner, im just quiet around older people and people i dont know. Anyways, my parents think that since im kinda quiet around my family, who are all much older than me, that im a loner everywhere. I hate it! I dont think they believe me when i tell them that i DO have friends. I mean i dont really do much on the weekends, like go out and stuff, but thats cause my moms super protective, so that kinda messed me up when i was little (like if a rare time comes up when i go to my friends house and they want to go to the park, i always have to be sneaky because if my mom finds out, she will destroy me, so that eliminates a bunch of things i can do with friends, all thanks to her) So just tonight my mom said that she was thinking about sending me to a social class. I know she probably wont, but cmon! They REALLY think that im a loser. I dont know what to do. Any help?
