Why is obama so sneaky about medicare?

He took 500,000,000 from it to support his health care plan. Now he wants to combine medicare with medicaid & wants medicare enroll es to continue to pay their monthly fees & not give them the same benefits as medicaid. Obama wants to let medicare to die out slowly so you will have to accept his plan. He is trying to blame republicans who are trying to save it.
