Does khan think judah is more of a threat then bradley?

i don't like the way he is treating judah who is 5-0 in his last 5 fights and the IBF champion. sure bradley is number one in the division but judah isn't a bad replacement at all. maybe khan thinks a fight with zab is too much threat for too little reward. after all one thing judah has that bradley doesn't is punching power and khan has a chinny chin chin.
