Is the best way to prove the existence of Jesus Christ is to know his genealogy from Abraham?

Better proof would be a record of his existence, other than the Bible. Most who do not believe Christ ever existed, think this because they do not except what is in the Bible as fact. However, there have been no other records found, hence the problem.
